Hire Local. Over 20 years experience. John Sobiech and his wife, Leah, have been residents of Bella Vista, since 2005. John’s father, Roger, started the business in 1997 and John become his partner when he and his wife moved here from MN. We like to say, “We live where you live.” John and Leah live on Bella Vista’s east side on Lake Ann. They have three school-aged children. Both John and Leah work full time for the business.
